Is the sanatorium open all year round?
Yes, the sanatorium is open all year round. There is a summer outdoor pool and a winter indoor pool.
What does the price include?
The price is per person per night and includes accommodation, four meals a day (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner), examination and supervision by specialist doctors, laboratory tests, physiotherapy and therapeutic massage. The gym, yoga, the indoor and outdoor pools, the phytobar, sports grounds, billiards, table tennis, the children's playground and a nanny for children from 3 years are included too.
How much do children pay?
Children under 3 stay free of charge when sharing with their mother. Children from 3 to 12 pay 50% of the per-person rate, and children over 12 pay the full rate.
How do I book a stay?
Call reception, message us on Telegram or WhatsApp, or send a request through the booking form on this website. A manager will contact you to confirm the dates, room type and price.
How can I pay?
You can pay in cash, by bank transfer, by card via a terminal, or through Click and Payme.
Are prices different for foreign guests?
No. The current price list is the same for citizens of Uzbekistan and foreign guests.
How long should a course of treatment be?
A full course usually takes 7 to 14 days, depending on your health and the doctor's recommendations.
Is a doctor's examination included?
Yes. After check-in a doctor examines you and prescribes an individual course of treatments, and specialists then look after you throughout your stay. Laboratory tests, physiotherapy and therapeutic massage are included in the price.
Is mineral water used in treatment?
Yes. The sanatorium has its own mineral water well, 1,400 m deep; the water reaches the surface at about +48 °C and is used for therapeutic baths, in the indoor pool and for drinking as prescribed by the doctor.
Are there any contraindications?
General contraindications are skin and sexually transmitted diseases, mental illness, tuberculosis, stage II B hypertension, acute conditions of any disease and peptic ulcer disease during a flare-up. If in doubt, please consult your doctor before the trip.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 11:00 and check-out at 09:00. Breakfast is not included on the day of arrival, and on the day of departure you check out after breakfast.
What are the meals like?
There are four meals a day: breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack and dinner. The menu includes national and European dishes, and a diet menu is available as prescribed by the doctor.
Is alcohol allowed?
No. Drinking alcohol and being intoxicated on the sanatorium grounds are prohibited, and guests who break this rule are asked to leave.
Do you have Wi-Fi and parking?
Yes. Wi-Fi is available in the rooms, and there is free parking for guests' cars.
