Darsonval therapy is a physiotherapy procedure in which high-frequency, low-strength pulsed currents act on the skin and tissues. They are applied with a special glass electrode that produces a faint spark discharge and a sensation of warmth.
The procedure improves circulation, stimulates metabolism and has anti-inflammatory and strengthening effects. It is used both for treatment and for skin and hair care.
