Mineral water & balneotherapy

A course of Chotqol mineral water from the sanatorium’s own well. The doctor sets the drinking schedule to support digestion, liver function and metabolism.

The drinking course means taking natural mineral water as prescribed by the doctor. The sanatorium has its own spring: the well was drilled to a depth of 1,400 m. Chotqol water is low-mineralised (about 1.1 g/l), of the hydrocarbonate-chloride-sulphate, magnesium-sodium type and slightly alkaline (pH 7.8); it leaves the well at about +48 °C.

It belongs to the Tashkent group of mineral waters and is recommended as a medicinal table water. It is usually taken on an empty stomach before meals, 3–4 times a day; for urinary tract conditions the doctor may prescribe it more often — up to 6–8 times a day, depending on how your stomach works. The doctor sets the drinking schedule individually.

The course helps normalise digestion and metabolism and gently supports the stomach and intestines, the liver and the gallbladder.
