Massage & spine care

A massage with a pressurised water jet in a warm mineral-water bath. Warmth combined with a directed water massage deeply relaxes the muscles and improves circulation.

Underwater shower massage is a procedure in which the body is massaged with a pressurised water jet while you lie in a warm bath. The warmth of the water combined with the directed water massage deeply relaxes the muscles and has a pronounced therapeutic effect.

It takes place in a 400–660-litre bath filled with mineral water. The water pressure ranges from 1 to 3–4 atmospheres; the massage may cover the whole body or a specific area.

Underwater shower massage improves circulation and lymph flow, tissue nutrition and metabolism, and helps reduce pain and improve joint mobility. It is used for conditions of the spine, joints, muscles and tendons and after injuries.
